  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests.
  • Customized, personalized, engraved, sale, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully displayed.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and the product received.
  • Any claim regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and supporting photos.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • If an exchange is approved, it will be subject to product availability. Any price difference must be paid by the customer or adjusted through store credit.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
